Hertz’s special-edition 100th Anniversary Chevrolet Corvette Z06 rentals have finished their time during a presumably violent hands of let drivers, and now it’s time to recover them into a wild. After not even a full year of let availability, these singular black-and-yellow sports cars will be sole to a public.
In Aug of 2018, Hertz announced it was introducing 100 special-edition Z06 models to a lineup opposite a United States. They built 100 as a jubilee of 100 years of service. It headlined Hertz’s “Adrenaline” lineup, that also includes a bottom Corvette Stingray, a Chevrolet Camaro SS, a Mustang GT, and a Dodge Challenger.
Although it is a branded car, a yellow paint with black stripes, black wheels, and black accents looks good and isn’t that separate from a colorway Chevy launched a car in. Inside, any Z06 is given with black leather interior with yellow accent stitching and is designated with singular Hertz badging. It also has Competition Sport bucket seats.
There are no changes to a powertrain. The Z06 has a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 that creates 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, that is related to a eight-speed involuntary delivery with paddle shifters.
Hertz did not name a cost for these special-edition Z06s, nor did it give an accurate date when they would strike a sales network. If interested, hit your internal Hertz tradesman for some-more details.
