Alright so we theory a 2018 Chevy Traverse RS is a thing, now, too.
Apparently a unchanging Traverse wasn’t sporty enough, so Chevy is now giving it a RS tune-up, that includes a black grille, black window trim, black roof rails and “black bowtie emblems.” It’s also removing 20-inch wheels.
The RS will also be a initial Traverse to have a turbocharged engine, according to Chevy: a direct-injected 2.0-liter four-banger with 257 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque… that doesn’t sound all that powerful? Maybe it’s one of those things we have to expostulate to feel it out?
Anyway, it will also have a nine-speed involuntary delivery and is on sale now, starting during $43,095.
The Traverse RS will join a new Ford Edge ST (despite being approach down on power) in a stay of unknown crossovers that are perplexing tough for a personality. Good for them.
