The automaker started pulling this week a program updated 2018.10 to a fleet.
It looks like a bulk of a refurbish is tiny improvements and bug fixes, though Tesla also combined a underline to control a case and frunk (front trunk) with a mobile app.
Tesla wrote in a recover notes:
“Need to bucket packages into your Model S (and X or 3)? Now we can open a front and back trunks forward of time regulating a Tesla mobile app, so that when we travel adult to your vehicle, it’s prepared for we to simply place equipment inside.”
The new underline is accessible when mixing a car program refurbish and a new mobile app refurbish 3.2.0 or later. The chronicle 3.3.0 came out yesterday with bug fixes.
As usual, keep in mind that Tesla’s car program refurbish rollout is rather unsuitable and therefore, it can take a while before everyone in a swift get a latest, though it happens earlier or later.
In new months, Tesla’s program group has been bustling with a Model 3 software, that shipped out incomplete.
Recent updates specific to a Model 3 brought several bug fixes and combined facilities like a ability to perspective and conduct interconnected keys, simplified windshield wiper controls, and owners now have entrance to a Owner’s Manual and latest Release Notes on a touchscreen.
Once a vehicle’s program is completed, we can start to design a broader rollout of some long-promised updates, like the highly-anticipated revamped maps and navigation engine and new Autopilot updates.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a transparent timeline on when that’s going to happen.
