Philadelphia Man Charged In Fatal Roosevelt Boulevard Crash

PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia Police arrested a 24-year-old Philadelphia male in tie with a deadly pile-up on Roosevelt Boulevard that occurred Sunday, Apr 8, withdrawal one chairman passed and several others hurt.

Zamir Allen, 24, of a 3200 retard of Ryan Street, is confronting charges of carnage by car while DUI, carnage by vehicle, contingent manslaughter, aggravated assault, aggravated attack by DUI, DUI, providing fake marker to law enforcement, and associated crimes, military said.

Allen’s charges branch from a three-vehicle pile-up on Roosevelt Boulevard during Tyson Avenue that occurred during about 6:43 a.m. Sunday, Apr 8 and killed 52-year-old Diana Como of a 6600 retard of Montague Street.

Police pronounced all 3 vehicles concerned were streamer north on a highway when a 2009 Red Chrysler 300 SRT driven by Allen struck a 2015 Black Nissan Rouge that was stopped during a red light, promulgation a Nissan brazen and causing it to strike a 2005 Red Chevrolet Traverse.

The Chrysler came to a stop outward a Wawa parking lot on a northeast dilemma of Roosevelt Boulevard and Tyson Avenue. The Nissan came to a stop in a median and a Chevy came to a stop during a Roosevelt-Tyson intersection, military said.

Allen suffered a damaged leg and was taken to Aria Torresdale Hospital where he was treated in vicious condition.

The Nissan’s driver, a 55-year-old man, was taken to Aria for different injuries and is in fast condition. Como was a newcomer in a Nissan.

The Chevy’s driver, a 49-year-old man, had teenager physique pains, and a newcomer in a Chrysler, a 49 year-old man, was not injured, military said.
