D.C. Metro officials are warning of intensity Metrorail and Metrobus delays on a Fourth of Jul since of an “unauthorized labor action” by employees.
A Metro mouthpiece pronounced employees are display adult late to work on Wednesday since of a labor dispute.
Thirty percent of railcar mechanics, 25 percent of hire managers, 25 percent of sight operators and 16 percent of sight operators had showed adult late to work as of mid-afternoon Wednesday, a mouthpiece said. Qualified managers are covering for their workers whenever possible.

The movement union, Amalgamated Transit Union Local 689, pronounced a labor movement on Wednesday is not strictly sponsored or orderly by a union.
“Frontline members are reacting currently to disappointment with a WMATA General Manager [and] a settlement of agreement issues, including absentee process and rapist credentials checks,” a kinship pronounced in an initial statement.
In a second statement, ATU Local 689 lashed out opposite Metro and General Manager Paul Wiedefeld.
“The front-line workers of WMATA are fed adult with a indignity and disregard they continue to knowledge from a General Manager Paul Wiedefeld and Metro’s management,” a matter says.
“Employees are being compulsory to work overtime while being treated like overlooked workers as if Wiedefeld himself is relocating thousands on one of Metro’s busiest days,” a matter continues. “He is not transporting anyone, a front-line workers he continues to disregard are! The ubiquitous manager could solve a disturbance among Metro’s workforce if care stopped holding a workforce in disregard and bargained with a members by their kinship in good faith.
