WASHINGTON, DC — Metro riders’ annoy continues to arise as nonetheless another morning rush hour disturbance on a Red Line has left riders stranded for prolonged stretches. And they’re venting their frustrations on amicable media large time.
On Friday, it was two arcing incidents that caused large delays. On Tuesday, another “track problem” has been reported outward of Gallery Place, heading to single-tracking between Farragut North and Judiciary Square. Metro is even carrying to offload trains early and spin behind for service.
Despite promises that SafeTrack would repair most of a woes a complement is now facing, that so distant hasn’t come to fruition, and Metro riders are positively furious.
