Man charged with banishment shot in highway fury incident

A Schuylkill County male is indicted of banishment a shot in a highway fury occurrence along Route 61 Wednesday morning, state military say.

Kevin Donton Jr., 28, of Tremont, was charged with forward endangerment after a occurrence during 10:54 a.m. on Route 61, about half-way adult a “Frackville grade” in New Castle Township, state military in Frackville said.

Donton, who was a front chair newcomer in a Chevrolet Traverse, is indicted of banishment a shot into a atmosphere in a instruction of a car merging in front of it nearby a Gasway gas hire where dual lanes partnership into one, military said.

Donton is indicted of banishment a shot from a .40-caliber handgun owned by a driver, Erin Lengle of Tremont. Lengle was pulled over on I-81 by state police, where she and Donton were taken into custody.

Lengle was charged with carrying a firearm secluded in a car but a permit.

In further to forward endangerment, Donton was also charged with chairman not to possess a firearm, carrying a firearm but a license, possession of a tiny volume of pot and paraphernalia.

He was arraigned and placed in Schuylkill County jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
