Man alleges Chevrolet Colorado he purchased has defects, hasn’t been repaired

FRESNO – A Fresno County consumer alleges he purchased a car with defects and is seeking rescission of a sales contract.

Ken Lehman filed a censure on Apr 4 in a Fresno County Supreme Court opposite General Motors and Does 1 by 20 citing a Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

According to a complaint, a plaintiff alleges that he suffered indemnification from purchasing a 2015 Chevrolet Colorado that had defects that manifested within a guaranty period. The plaintiff binds General Motors and Does 1 by 20 obliged since a defendants, certified correct trickery allegedly unsuccessful and refused to correct a car in sequence to move it into consent with a demonstrate warranties.

The plaintiff seeks rescission of a contract, tangible damages, immaterial and material damages, compensation of all monies paid, model damages, all authorised fees, seductiveness and any other service as a justice deems just.
